Dreame’s dream of a rocket-powered car is dead

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Dreame, the Chinese vacuum company that <a href="https://www.theverge.com/report/914244/dreame-china-vacuums-hypercars-elon-musk">aspires to be a global technology giant</a>, is reportedly shutting down <a href="https://www.theverge.com/transportation/921204/dreame-ev-car-rocket-boosted-zero-sixty-reality">its automotive project</a> after funding from the government dried up. </p>
