Lambda, the Nvidia-backed neocloud provider, is seeking to raise as much as US$3 billion before a planned 2027 listing, with its valuation potentially reaching US$12 billion, according to people familiar with the matter. <em>Bloomberg</em> reported that Lambda’s 2026 revenue is projected to exceed US$1.5 billion, and that the company has already received several investment term sheets, though the deal terms have not been finalized.
