Diodes Completes Acquisition of ElevATE Semiconductor
<p>Diodes Incorporated today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of ElevATE Semiconductor, Inc., a provider of high-performance integrated circuits for the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) market, in an all-cash transaction for $250 million.</p>
