Ennostar boosts blue micro-LED modulation bandwidth more than tenfold to 2.1GHz
In what it claims is a breakthrough in micro-LED optical communications, Ennostar Corp of Hsinchu, Taiwan (a provider of integrated optoelectronic solutions, specializing in R&D and manufacturing III–V materials) says that its R&D team has increased the single-channel –3dB modulation bandwidth of its blue micro-LED to 2.1GHz at a current density of 2kA/cm2.
