Von der Leyen pledges response to Russian hybrid attacks ahead of Rutte meeting

As Germany formally blames Russia for a hybrid warfare incident involving an explosive-laden drone at one of its airports, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen will meet NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte to discuss a coordinated response.
