Panasonic reportedly raises CCL and PP prices again as IC substrate costs jump 30%

Japan's Panasonic has raised PCB material prices for the second time in 2026, broadening the increases to copper-clad laminate (CCL), pre-preg (PP) and other products, including IC substrate materials. Some items will rise by as much as 30%, with the new pricing taking effect on shipments starting September 1.
