Infineon and Skeleton Technologies to develop power solutions for AI data centres
Infineon Technologies and Estonian energy storage company Skeleton Technologies have signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate on solid-state transformers and sidecar power systems for AI data centre infrastructure. The partnership combines Infineon's power semiconductors with Skeleton's supercapacitor technology and power conversion expertise.
