Taiwan startup ecosystem index jumps as angel fund expands
StartupBlink, a globally recognized startup ecosystem research platform, has released its "2026 Global Startup Ecosystem Index," ranking Taiwan 20th out of 120 countries and recording the highest annual growth rate among the global top 20. The ranking comes as Taiwan has doubled the National Development Fund's Business Angel Investment Program from NT$5 billion to NT$10 billion.
