German automotive semiconductor manufacturer Elmos Semiconductor and South Korean foundry SK keyfoundry have signed an agreement expanding their collaboration to include 130nm technology, securing long-term wafer capacity through 2037. The two companies have worked together on 350nm technology for 18 years.
