InnoCare Optoelectronics is preparing for a major supply-chain adjustment as Innolux Corporation restructures its factories, with the parent company's second plant scheduled to close in September 2026. President Eric Lee said InnoCare has already built inventory, expanded outsourcing, and lined up a new production line to limit disruption, while also using the transition to strengthen its product mix and expand into semiconductor-related inspection work.
