AI agents drive token use 300-600x, Dell Taiwan says
<p class="P1" data-start="2836" data-end="3201">Dell Taiwan said the shift from generative AI to agentic AI is pushing token usage up by hundreds of times, sharply lifting costs and accelerating demand for on-premises AI computing as enterprises move faster toward hybrid cloud. General manager Terence Liao made the remarks at the company's annual technology event, Dell Technologies Forum 2026, on September 10.
