Nvidia roadmap shifts to rack-scale AI with Rubin Ultra

<p class="P1" data-start="3710" data-end="4108">Nvidia's latest AI platform roadmap is taking shape, with supply chain sources saying the company will enter a heavy shipment phase for Vera Rubin in the second half of 2026, followed by Vera CPU, Rubin GPU, and platforms including NVL4, NVL8, and NVL72 moving into mass production. In the second half of 2027, Vera Rubin Ultra NVL576, HGX Rubin Ultra NBLB and Groq 3 LPX-Next are set to take over.
