Nscale seeks New York listing as AI infrastructure demand tests investor appetite
British neocloud provider Nscale has filed to list on the New York Stock Exchange, seeking up to US$3 billion in a deal that could value the company at US$30 billion to US$35 billion. The offering will serve as a test of global investor appetite for AI infrastructure, data centers, and compute capacity.
