Tension rises in Ceuta: two migrant children stabbed and bacteria-contaminated beach

Two migrant children were stabbed in a knife attack in Ceuta, while health authorities have found high levels of bacteria in the water at Trampolín beach, near a migrant camp. The migration crisis is forcing some people to sleep in garages, vehicles and on rooftops.
