UN chief Guterres to convene new talks on ending Cyprus' decades-long conflict

"I do not want any more failed five-party meetings," said the UN Secretary-General, noting that any new 5+1 meeting requires progress on confidence-building measures, the methodology and the substance of the Cyprus question.
