Amazon Leo nears 400 satellites, initial service to begin this year
<p class="P1" data-sourcepos="5:1-5:227;102-328">Amazon's low-Earth-orbit (LEO) satellite network is approaching 400 satellites in orbit, enough to begin initial commercial internet service before the end of 2026, CEO Andy Jassy said on the company's second-quarter earnings call.
