Nexperia sues Wingtech for $2 billion in damages
Nexperia has taken legal action in the Netherlands against its Chinese parent Wingtech, Nexperia China and former Nexperia CEO Zhang Xuezheng, seeking damages it currently estimates at USD 2 billion. At the same time, a Dutch court has granted Nexperia an injunction protecting its intellectual property rights in the EU.
