Liteon lifts 2026 capex after AI data center demand sends 2Q profit up 126%

Liteon Technology posted record profit and margins for the second quarter of 2026, fueled by surging demand for AI data center power infrastructure. The company raised its full-year capex plan from NT$13 billion to NT$18 billion and expects AI-related products to account for more than 30% of annual revenue.
