Qisda's Aewin targets 200kW liquid-cooled AI servers

Aewin Technologies, a subsidiary of Qisda Group, will debut its flagship Data Center Modular Hardware System (DC-MHS) AI server at the Open Compute Project (OCP) Global Summit 2026, powered by the latest AMD EPYC 9006 Series server processors. The company is teaming up with its subsidiary, Arivor Technologies, to integrate Two-Phase Direct Liquid Cooling (2P DLC), aiming to deepen the group's AI infrastructure business with a rack-scale solution that combines compute, networking, storage, and thermal management.
